Forsythia

Following on in the floral theme - today's offering, Forsythia. The yellow blossom has suddenly appeared at the bottom of our garden.

Gorgeous! Love this photo and a little bit of local information about Mr Forsyth whom it was named after. ....He grew up in Oldmeldrum where I live. One of our Houses at school is called Forsyth after him and their colour is........yellow!
