Making himself beautiful

I wondered what on earth this blackbird was doing, he was in a very strange position. However, it turns out he was just preening himself in the sunshine. He picked a nice spot to do it.

I've notice myself how blackbirds love the sun, sometimes they spread their wings as if soaking up as much warm as possible. Good shot Issi.
