Ballintoy Church

This lovely little church caused me some grief! We got a wonderful view of it from the road, with the Antrim coast behind. However, this shot is taken looking the other way, with the sea behind me. We were short of time and I couldn't stop on the roadside to capture the shot I wanted as it just wasn't safe, and I didn't have the time to park and walk back! So frustrating, but at least I have a photographic record of the church, and I will just have to keep the scene with the sea in the background in my memory!

Lovely shot … Your little story about not being able to stop on the roadside etc. happens to me all the time. Very frustrating! I keep telling myself to enjoy the moment and be happy to have the memory!
