First snow

Yesterday saw the first snow of winter arrive in Ballater. This is the view over the 18th green at our golf course. Combined with the clocks going back last night, it really feels as if winter has begun. So, we’re feeling good about our imminent cycling holiday in warmer climes. We depart tomorrow for Cambodia and Vietnam. Woo Hoo! 🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♂️

@vignouse I think Leana would outcycle me any day! I’m just doing my usual thing - an active holiday with hubby and friends. 2 years ago it was India, before that Thailand and prior to that, Laos. It’s a great way to stay fit, see the world and get to places you wouldn’t otherwise get to. My ideal holiday.
