Another shot from yesterday's walk. This cairn is at the top of Meall Dubh and the shot is taken looking back up the Dee valley towards Ballater where we live.
This is interesting to me for a number of reasons. The rocks seem to be smallish (a relative term) and pile up purposely. There is little vegetation, not a surprise. The clouds seem to support different weather around the places seen in the distance.
