Plum and Almond Tarte Tatin

Posting and running today ... another day at the hospital with dad. :-( Hopefully the last for a while.

Anyway, jam made, plum pie made, plums frozen and the above tarte tatin made as well - it was delicious. Have a lovely day everyone.
