Today we walked a couple of Munros from Glencoe. Boy was it windy and wet on top. Very, very, changeable weather. Here is hubby, having done both climbs and finally getting a bit of visibility and shelter to check the map. Let's hope the wind drops for tomorrow's walk.
Seeing those misty conditions and how your hubby is dressed I'd never say that you were in summer. It looks cold and miserable. It must be a splendid view in clear conditions
I love this weather for hiking! Just don't get lost. Then it is better to choose a well-marked trail. Wandering in the haze makes me feel more connected to nature.
