Summer night, two long-stemmed glasses, and a nice rosé. Little lantern flame dancing across shimmering glass mosaic while fireflies blink bright among the old, dark trees. Good conversation or maybe no conversation at all. Just listening. For the woods’ night sounds. My husband and I spend many lovely evenings at this tiny table for two. When it’s not snowing.
You had me going - till you added that last sentence. How the seasons change your view of something. Love the commentary as much as what you've done with the pretty lantern - slightly off balanced and the totally undisturbed snow waiting for summer visits. Lovely shot.
