I peered out of the blind with great anticipation at the wetlands in nearby Murrysville Community Park. It won’t be long before ducks, geese, red-winged blackbirds, purple martins, herons, and more bring the cattails and lush, surrounding area back to life.
Unseasonable blue skies and temperatures in the sixties drew Marley and me outdoors on this February day, and I’m feeling quite thankful for his company and the sight of his fur shining bright in the sunshine and whipping wild in the wind. Sweet boy!
Viewing this image on the black background gives me a real sense of standing in the blind.
This is really nice on black - like the view through the window where you can see the feeder. Good job on the lighting of those walls - they tend to get in a lot of shadow but these are lightened enough to really see the details.
Wonderful framing and contrast -- and the black background does make it even more impressive. This looks like a wonderful bird blind. At times I've threatened to build one of these in my backyard; I could see something like this built near my feeders!
