The tree line is now behind us. We have a free view of the vastness of the landscape. I love those moments. This is one of the reasons why it attracts me up a mountain.
Actually, we are only now in the mountains. Up there everything is different than in the valley - the shapes, the smells, the sounds (you can also listen to the silence...), the wind, the sun and the clouds. Worries are less, the heart is lighter, breathing freed.
In the background you can see the mountain "Großer Pyhrgas", the big brother of "Kleiner Pyhrgas". The "Großer Pyhrgas" is about 200 meters higher, I have already climbed on two different routes. In November I had also tried, but had to return prematurely because of too much snow. It was very dangerous. But now we have the best weather conditions. Not far is the peak. I hope you continue to accompany me.
What an amazing view you have from those heights. I love the craggy peaks we're looking at and the snow next to the green spaces. I think the silence is what would appeal to me most, too. There's something very special about times like this. I'm ready to continue!
Just beautiful. I am a bit unfamiliar with mountains but love the thought of them. Your wonderful shots and words make me want to spend time at the mountains...
@kerosene Dear Caroline, it really makes me very happy, when you now have a little desire to be in the mountains.
My words ... maybe I'm a dreamer, a romantic ... some people will say this ... But the mountains teach much - measure and limit, overcoming, self-assessment, respect for nature and their dignity ...
Beautifully that you accompany me! Thanks!
