Another one of my eagle shots. My apologies to the non bird folks, but to me it has been a lifetime wish to capture these magnificent birds. Best viewed large. And thanks so much for the amazing response to yesterday's shots
Jane, keep them coming! This is a great scene to have captured, and so sharply. Are these the same two you've shown previously? I noticed a big dark area on the adult's head, making me wonder if it's younger than the adult in the other shots.
How do you find the time to take such great shots. I an only imagine that you are always on a photographic mission..... keep it up. I am enjoying with envy.
@jonfrank Well, year one I took a photo every day and found I enjoyed it more and learned more if a day or two a week I went someplace with some idea of what I was looking for even though often that wasn't what I got. But then I was trying to process so many pictures I was truly overwhelmed and it wasn't fun any more. So I let myself off the hook and told myself it was ok not to shoot every day...though I almost always have my camera. I have also just recently semi retired so I'm only working 2 weeks/ month.
