Taking A Leap

I'm still working on my action photos for my PSA module. I decided to go over to the staging area where ORV's risk their lives and fill the local ER. Maybe I'm getting old! When we first lived here and I was a Nurse Midwife, the doc I worked with warned me never to let my kids ride ORVs and told me about all he saw in the ER each weekend.

I don't even know what an ORV (something Recreational Vehicle) is but it looks like a dirt bike with sand tires or something? I like the kickback of the sand and the shadow. The front tire in the air also lends a nice touch to see his "tricks" in full display!

What a super shot - great timing on catching him at the peak (I hope), though I sure do agree with you and that doctor. They scare the life out of me but so many kids see no problem there.

@busylady time to watch ER - young George a looney amongst other things! @jgpittenger I used to go to ‘scrambling’ to do first aid but we never got much action because they were always bad enough to go straight to the doctors!
