An Amazing photographer friend of mine submitted an iris that looked like glass to our recent photo critique night. It was stunning. He told me how he did it and I decided to try it with one of the hummers I took a couple of days ago. It didn't turn out looking like glass at al- perhaps more like an etchingl. It could be that there is too much detail in the bird to work but i spent lots of time on it so figured I would post it.
