I am cheating and posting a picture for January 2nd today. I will have to leave for work early tomorrow as it is the first week day of the month and I go in two hours early to do statements. Plus we are expecting a snow storm tomorrow that will start in the morning and continue for 24 hours. So I when I get home after 10 hour day I will probably have to shovel my way into the driveway. So not sure when I would get a chance to take a picture - or even have the energy to post.
I made a meal with dried beans because it is lucky to eat dried beans on New Years day but also because I am resolving to eat better this year after a year of following of the wagon.
