This is another home on the Western Prom. I feel odd sitting in my car photographing these homes. Like a person in a PI movie. I am getting a twofer here. One for the word weather and one for my get-pushed-77 challenge. You know I thought I would love to take photos of these old homes but without this challenge it might have remained a "some day" thing. So thank you Jae @lifepause. Trying bw which you also suggested.
@joansmor wow! The b&w really creates an antiquing! Nice framing. I have felt odd taking pics from my car too - shot a house last nite on my way to look for northern lights and was thinking the only lights I might see are blue ones in my rearview! :)
Great one Joan...and good for you for taking part in the challenges. That will probably be something I will do when I complete my first year...which is not too far off.
@lifepause Thank you for such a fun challenge. I had to skip out on last weeks challenge - all the storms in this area didn't allow me much time for photography and my partner and I joined the group late. Thanks to for the fav and I actually made the trending page for the first time.
@eyesmile My goal is better pictures for my scrapbooking. I can't get better if I don't move off auto and expand my photo taking knowledge. Get pushed should do this for me. @colie Thank you Nichole. I will check out your pictures tomorrow. I worked until 10pm yesterday doing a computer upgrade. Then this morning my niece and her granddaughter came over about 6:30 am. My great, grandniece stayed the day with me. She is 52 years younger then me but we always have a ball together. But I am always exhausted. Especially after yesterday.
