It was so warm Sunday that there were people water skiing at #1 pond. I played with panning and just trying to capture the whole thing. I think I have one's where the background is better but loved the pose here. So I just added a little more blur to try to bring the focus in. Did I succeed? I have to go to bed because I need to get up early tomorrow to go into work 2 hours early. UGH But I have Thursday off so will get caught up if I miss you tonight.
She's either a great skier or about to take an unwanted dip! This works for me Joan... the results of panning are subject to a lot of factors so the 'claasic' sharp subject and streaky background is not always attainable and your camera settings look just right for this scene.
