Is a large Tidal Pool on the coast of Maine. Check it out on a map. I have only been there a few times and not for over 20 years. But my quest is to find some new places to photograph,
@vignouse When you go to a new place it is like a scouting trip. I realized when I get there so early the light doesn't hit yet the roadside hedge of beach roses, you try to figure out where to park so you can walk a bit. I think there are shots to be had but it will take a few times of going to find those spots. Just like it took me time to find the best spots at Estes and the best times. I had to make myself continue on after getting the shot at Estes. There is a sanctuary that wasn't open and then there is Hills beach which is on the other side of the Tidal pool from where I was. Areas to investigate. I live in a photo rich area.
This is kind of the way I picture the Maine coast - have done some serious thinking about how I could make a trip down that coast getting to see some of this beauty. Maybe next year.
You live in such a beautiful area, Joan. I'll bet you don't have to go far for inspiration. This is a lovely looking bay. Maine is on my to visit wish list 😊😊
