Forgotten Truck

I've come to appreciate cell shots. I didn't have my DSLR with me this day so I punted. I also used the Snap Seed app to give it a 'grudge' feel.
What a great find. It looks proud like it´d be saying: I will still be used, it´s not over for me yet

Someone should come and rescue it and carry the parts to a proper graveyard for old cars. It has served well and would deserve that.

Great find!I hate to see stuff like this in wooded areas, but you captured it beautifully with your cell. When I go out to shoot pictures I carry 3 cameras because each one has a different purpose depending how creative I'm able to be. I also like your creative "grudge" feel too.

nice find ...

I like the picture & the effect but I am sure you would have done even better with your DSLR. Shame that the old vehicle is left to rust but it does make a good photo.

@susale Thank you. The snow on the truck gave it the old man feel. @graemestevens Thank you, grudge seemed best for this old beast. @megpicatilly Thanks, I've been trying to look for the less noticed stuff
@amandalockie Snap Seed is so easy and a lot of fun.
@octogenarian I agree a good recycle of its pieces would be fitting tribute.
@nydelignorsk I'm gonna try that- create a 'kit' of sorts
@pdulis Thank you, it sits behind a fence and of course I climbed over to explore.
@paulmann Old Rusty things call to me, being kinda creaky at time myself.
@kategoring Thank you a great deal. I gotta look for an app that mimics the printing on metal look. Grudge comes close but who knows - so many apps to play with.

Wow this really captures age and decay and yet it is beautiful

@jaybutterfield Thanks, I'm glad that people have left it alone over the years. I believe that the mining camp where this beauty lies is from 1910 or so.

Like the 'old timey' feel of this.

@davidrobinson Thank you, this is a relic from an old mining camp of the early 1920's, I think. So glad that they left it when they created the wildlife park where it sits now.
