@brett101 Thank you, when we left Flagstaff the colors weren't quite ready yet but at 8200 feet they were.
@susale It is and the temperatures are below freezing already- burrrrrr.

@shesnapped The aspens by the Grand Canyon are much healthier than closer to Flagstaff. I feel lucky to have seen them.
