wow, simply wow...I so want to convert a camera to do this instead of only having post processing choices. and this image is stellar. What fun you must be having!
@kali66 Thank you very much, the sinister effect in HDR efex tone mapping gave it that extra punch.
@taffy IR is addictive but every so much fun. I am truly appreciative that you like this. I am having a blast.
@deborah63 The original is in IR both jpeg and raw. My version of photoshop doesn't recognize my raw images so I have to convert them to a DNG file with adobe. I also found out that jpegs edit well too so I play with both. I just went wild and tried HDR efex in the nik collection and now have a new weirdness place to play in. I thank you very very much for the fav.
@domenicododaro Truly appreciate the fav, thank you kindly. I am stunned by the reaction. Experimenting with edits is, I am finding out, the best way to learn.
@s4sayer You totally made my day, Thank you so very much for the fav and the headlines. I am having so much fun with IR.
@megpicatilly So very thankful for the fav. The tree is a Juniper Pine and they are often so very twisty. I love their lines and curves.
@jerome Thank you so very much for the fav. The Junipers at the canyon are lovely and have so much character.
@jo38 Thank you a great deal for the fav. These trees, Juniper Pines are so just amazingly curvy and twisty. IR just (and photoshop-nik collectioin) gives them a whole different feel.
@cjphoto Thank you, I think that maybe just Grimm's tales and not the happy ones. I am having so much fun with the IR.
@ziggy77 Very appreciative of the fav, thank you kindly. So weird, this IR but so much fun too.
@joemuli I am touched by your fav, thank you. Maybe just 'touched' in general :):)
This shot is so cool... I like the HDR effect, it kind of brings the tree out of the picture in a sense (separates it from the sky). The IR editing makes the colours quite punchy and gives the picture an almost creepy kind of feel, fav.
@stephanies So very grateful for the fav, thank you kindly. I hadn't thought about going into color efex with IR but it is a whole new path to explore.
