I think this is a familiar scene in many houses first thing in the morning and it tells a story to me of someone who is maybe a little traditional with having a boiled egg in the morning? As well as someone who has a strong cup of black coffee to get them going. :) I like the colours in the editing but not so sure about editing itself though, sorry. I can't make out what some of the things are in the mirror.. Is it a coffee machine? I can't read the words either, but that's because my eyesight is pretty terrible... I found this theme sooooo hard because I couldn't think of anything much using a mirror that couldn't really be told/shown without using one....
@stephanies I tried to show that I like a 4 minute egg with exceedingly strong coffee-the edit showing that I hadn't had enough coffee yet. This is take in front of my toaster which has a mirror front, (which I hate cleaning). I thought about mirrored sunglasses but haven't made much progress yet.
@joysabin Not meant as a criticism. I like the open-endedness of the scene, allowing us to supply our own details. I also like the use of a shiny toaster as opposed to a more traditional mirror.
@gardencat Never took it as one, I sometimes see what I want to see in a picture and even my husband goes, huh? I always welcome comments and ideas, please. This is how we grow and learn.
