really like this one, especially the selfie in the window aspect of it. i have a friend, a special ed teacher, who lives in absolute terror of this. every now and then i remind her that all the books and movies end where? with all the survivors in VERMONT!
@catsmeowb Thank you, I've not read any stories about zombies. I have played the silly video games "Zombies vs. Plants" This store is next to an independent bookstore which I frequent at times. I just liked the creativity in window design.
@pdulis Thank you, you are very nice as was the shop owner who just smiled at the old lady taking pictures of his windows.
@pusspup Fun for sure but also somewhat out of my league with the subject matter.
@brett101 Thank you very much, the genre of zombies and related things aren't my usual cup of tea but the creativity of design in the window display is an eye catcher.
Personally, I think what we are experiencing right now is the "Stupidity Apocalypse" or maybe the "Revolt Against Facts Apocalypse"... sigh, moving on to the image...I do like how you've caught the selfie in the glass. Now I have to go look up the artist challenge to see where this was coming from.
@gardencat I l completely love your apocalyptic explanations, they both are simply perfect. Harry Callahan has an interesting body of work. I like his broad range so, I can relate. I've yet to figure out what I like best about photographing.
@megpicatilly It was, the owner really smiled when this old lady took her shot.
@deborah63 Cool idea, I just might ask the owner if I can use my step stool and take another shot.
@ceilidh Thank you so very kindly for the fav. I am groveling that I haven't responded until now- thank you for your patience. Strange things are everywhere.
@eudora Thank you a lot. Some of the shops downtown are most unique.
@stephanies Thank you, Harry Callahan did a lot selfies before they were so 'everywhere'. I've never had the courage to step inside of this shop but I need to, just to say that I have:):)
@mikegifford Thank you very kindly, big apologies for my late response.
@lizhammond Thank you so very much for the fav. sorry that I'm so late on responding. The window is a great miss-match of things. I should try for a color shot.
