Pine patterns

I found this intact catkin cluster in my front yard and thought it would fit for last week's weekly challenge of 'Repetition: Repetition of an item, colour or element creates a pattern, and patterns draw the eye in to a photograph...find or create a pattern.'

Thank you all so very kindly. I was using my bike tarp as a back drop and the folds of fabric might be the reason for the bending of the shadows.
