Our small town has for the last 20 years had a Santa display, set up every year by a very passionate couple. The last few years it has been in the town hall but previous to that in empty shop and even earlier in the couples home .. They take trips overseas to get different Santa's every year.. Now that this couple are in their 70's they have decided to call it a day.. They are hoping to sell it to another passionate person/couple so that it can be enjoyed by young and old again..
@jamibann I think it would be a bit difficult.. If they can not find a single buyer it will be sold of piece by piece, which would be a shame.. as people come from miles to see this display every year..
What a lovely idea Julz. The kids will,love to see the train going round, I do hope that something is organised soon for a new home for the train set. I like your dash of colour!
