You wouldn't believe how many people were out at 1:30 in the morning to watch the bridge opening up! I couldn't see the actual movement as I am too short, and I had to run along the river to find a spot where I could jockey into a position to take a photo. People in the foreground are on a moving pier of some sort. Now if only I had taken a tripod . . .
Once again, a beautiful night shot. Love the people lining up against the railing. I think it must be a floating boat landing for tour boats. These figures are very much a part of the story.
Ah the 365 curse, wrong lens, no tripod, light in the wrong spot, etc. etc. Don't I know them all. Of course if I did the 7 P's I wouldn't be have that happen as often. Still a lovely shot. Think this would qualify for the street challenge latest tag is Street-10 and runs out today the 3rd.
