Tree in front of my building

This is the tree right in front of my building. The balcony with the green chair and the white bow on the railing is mine. I don't know what kind of tree this is, but I like its feathery leaves and its pretty fall color.

it sort of looks like a type of cedar tree but i don't know how many varieites there are. i know ours have leaves that look very similar. really nice shot.
