Great pov. I love wine cellars. The smell of the barrel oak, the hint of sweetness and acidity from the wine. Glorious. This is an aroma in a picture to me.
Great capture of these old barrels. We have a wine cellar too, which was supposed to be a guest loo! Just had bottle shelves built and the walls lined with it ;-)
@30pics4jackiesdiamond@ludwigsdiana@marlboromaam@randystreat@carole_sandford I did visit this house with friends but it isn't owned by any of us. The house is called Elizabeth Bay house. It was built in 1836, was a family home until 1927, was an artists squat until 1935, a reception venue until 1941, divided into flats in 1945 then restored and opened as a museum in 1977.
