froggy fun

The green tree frogs are breeding abundantly since the rain in January and this little fella is about 2 inches long so very much a youngster.
Interesting perspective indeed!

@30pics4jackiesdiamond on my kitchen window, the one JordanT was sitting beside in the last photo :) Then I made a texture from a photo I'd taken of a piece of black cardboard that had a little water on it after I'd laid a wet rose down to photograph :) It was taken at night, so replacing the dirty window with a black texture was easy hahaha

I must look up what a texture layer is!! I've just found RAW and sharpening!!

Oh, my. We get them in the summer. In fact, I think their mating season is in June here because they get very loud for several weeks in June. So loud, my dog is afraid to go outside after dark! LOL!

@homeschoolmom so important for the ecosystems they belong in :)

@30pics4jackiesdiamond I'm loving creating textures, I ended up purchasing the Topaz studio - it has so much built in, then I create my own. Then pop it over the photo in a new layer. Decide on the opacity so the original shows through. Then I use a mask to reveal the koala, or frog in this case, fully or mostly so they really stand out. it's addictive!

My friend JoAnn is a frog nut! She'd love this. You really got some great detail on him. Is he climbing up your window? Those little sucker feet are cool!
