Hanging Around

This spider has been hanging around my front porch for quite some time. This afternoon I noticed two leaves caught in the web. Later in the day the leaves, spider, and web were gone and I figured it got blown down. This evening the spider returned in a different spot. Last week I chased it away twice by sanding my railings getting ready to paint. I guess she/he doesn't want to leave.
