During the last few days I've chased the moon across the sky during the day and night. Last night I witnessed the moonrise during the sunset and though there were many clouds that covered the moon detail it was simply breathtaking.
This morning when I awoke the sky was completely gray... no moon in sight. All of a sudden I saw the moon as it popped out from behind the clouds and I rushed outside to catch a few final shots before it dropped out of sight below the horizon. So exciting.
