Beautiful BC 1

I'm going to leave my Italy tour for a day and share with you Beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Today is my 46th birthday and my amazing husband surprised me with a once in a lifetime experience last night. My parents were over having dinner when a helicopter landed on our front grass! Yes, landed on the lawn!! We then proceeded to fly around for almost two hours. We went up Bute Inlet on the mainland (we live on Vancouver island) and saw the most incredible sights... hundreds of waterfalls, glaciers, goats, an iceberg, blue water, green marshes, fish farms and so much more. We landed on the shores of glacier fed lake and played in the snow for a bit.
