It was COLD here yesterday and our glass deck railing was frozen with ice crystals. Nature is such an amazing thing! It looks a lot better enlarged against black, if you have time. The formations remind me of ferns.
Oh how I wish I had the likes of this to photograph! It's SO beautiful, and I can envision any number of ways to utilize images like this! ...well, cards, of course...

We have not had one bit of snow yet so That means no snowflake macro! I just took a macro one of frost with my phone the other day though! That will have to tide me over. :) this is beautiful. :)
OH MY! This is so much better than mine. I love the clarity of the frost - that is what I was trying to achieve. But it was too cold to stand outside and try for long, lol. Beautiful! I had to peak and look at your settings too. Maybe next time I can do better. :-)
I would have thought they were ferns at first. Beautiful. I am glad the cold is not as frequent here as it is in Alberta, but I do love when the frost comes out to play.
