This is beautiful Kim! I like the blur part at the bottom, adds a nice effect. However it also tends to grab my attention more than the Model? Might just be me though, but maybe a little less of that? I'm probably wrong. In any event this is a really nice shot of her and I'm sure she will just love it!
The purple really pops against this lush green environment and the light is great... very nice for the theme. I have no portrait skills at all, so I am impressed!
Its very nice but I prefer this sort of photo to have a completely neutral background! Not that I've ever been asked to photograph an expectant mother!

I see an 'it's all natural' symbolism here which I rather like. The complementary colours of her top and the greenery and the darkness of her clothes make her stand out from her surroundings. Beautiful lady and baby bump!
@bsheppard I used an Aperture preset that tweaked the "levels" a bit. I also added a slight vignette. I don't think the WB was adjusted but it's hard to know exactly. The original really wasn't that different than this. The spot is amazing for colour and light even on a grey day like it was.
