A quick shot of a tulip given to me by a friend.

Today was a wash!! My daughter woke up with her eyes glued together and blood shot. I suspected pink eye so we headed to the walk in clinic. We arrived at 12:25pm and returned home with prescription eye drops at 4:30pm. A very long day of nothing - we did do a few errands while we waited since they warned us it would take a while. She's also got an ear infection and bad cold. I've now got a headache and feel rather tired after getting up at 4:30am to see my husband off to the airport. I'm going to bed early tonight!!

I love how our commitment to 365 often forces us to stop and smell the roses (or in this case, enjoy the tulips), which always makes the day better than it otherwise would have been.
