It's Rough Out There

The rain was blowing sideways today but this crazy sailor thought he'd go out for a float!! You couldn't pay me to get on that thing!! About five minutes after I took this shot he turned around and headed back the way he came.... he must have come to senses!! It's much better enlarged if you have time.
