I'm not sick of hearts either, it amazes me that they can be found everywhere in so many different forms! This one looks great on the tree - a fave, and following.
@louannwarren Thanks for asking about Gage. He's doing better - not great but better than he ways. His pain is still quite intense at times and he's still waking at night to go to the bathroom but he's eating more than he was and looks better. He's not back at school but I have just signed him up to do a couple of courses on line. He's begun weaning off the prednisone and hopefully by the time that's done (8 weeks) the "new" drug will have kicked in. We got back to Children's hospital in 2 weeks for infusion #3 which means we're at the six week mark. They tell us the drug can take from 9-16 weeks to make any kind of difference.
What an incredible journey you both have been on. I’m so glad he’s improving, just sorry it’s taking so long. I have a lot of faith in the human body. It can do extraordinary things, healing itself after horrible things have happened to it. So hopeful this treatment regimen will help Gage finally recover!!!
Hope all is well with you and yours.
