Napping before Lunch

Yesterday I showed you a seal lion leaping, today I'm showing you a whole bunch of sea lions napping! They like to sleep in groups and they put their arm up so the get moved by the wind. I suppose these guys are resting in preparation for their herring feast that's sure to come. It's Herring run season here on Vancouver Island. We're off to Vegas today and will be back on Saturday. Can't wait for a little warmth and a little escape from life!
