Sausages

Not the most interesting photo but it does document our day. We spent the morning at Costco buying supplies for a 125 person pancake breakfast that’s happening on the long weekend. We then came home and cooked 300 sausages. They are frozen now and will be reheated on pancake day.

That is a lot of sausages and they look great. Costco is amazing for bulk buying. I’ve never heard of feeezing cooked sausages. How do you reheat them?
