Yesterday and today has been really dull on and off but also mixed with heavy showers. I hadn't given you a landscape recently so this is taken from the other side of the valley from where I live.
The trees and fields have really enjoyed the rain and are rich in green colours. The dull day however makes the valleys look dim and misty.
On the left you can just make out a road climbing up to some buildings, turn and move horizontally halfway up the hill you pass the manor and church I often photograph and then continuing to the right on the hillside and this is where I live, just below the tree line.
You probably realise why I love my countryside so much, I could come out onto the hills and just sit and watch the world go by. Please view with the black background.
Lovely landscape. I too live in the countryside and couldn't do without my daily view if the hills, trees, fields around me. It does lift your spirits even on a dull day
