I went out this afternoon to find a lovely picture for you 365 friends, a view, a church well anything different. I called at my football club Forest Green and came home using a lane I hadn't used for many years.
I suddenly screeched to a halt when I spotted these strange animals in a field. Not our usual cow, sheep or pigs, in fact I wasn't sure whether they were Alpacas or Llamas. I admit I had to look them up when I got home and they were Llamas.
So three Llamas kept me amused for a while, I'm so easily pleased. Thank you for all your comments and FAV. View with the dark background.
EXTRA NEWS: I've just been contacted by the owner who informs me that this Llama is called "Pete" and the other two in the field are called "Wiggins" and "Jonah".
Great shot. We had a friend who ran a pub and he used to bring his llama into the pub. Talk about make you laugh! He was such a great publican and it's a shame he doesn't have the pub or the llamas
I am with you looks a little strange like its molting or has got into something. Around these parts some farmers this time of year paint the letters cow on their cows so the deer hunters don't get confused. I have my eye pilled for a white letter painted cow just for you. Also on the hunt for mating calls. That might get the blood flowing.
Always seems strange to see these grazing happily in fields. The field next to one we use for agility has two Alpacas in it and even the dogs looked surprised! Welcome to 365 Pete and we look forward to meeting Wiggins and Jonah.
