My neighbours front window is surrounded by these bushes and the mass of berries this year gives a message that we are due for a server Winter. See us local bumpkins look out for countryside clues.
It's also interesting that at our local Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust have noted that the Bewick Swans have arrived a few weeks early from the Russian Arctic, in fact it's the earliest since records were began. They say this is also a big sign that the Winter will be hard.
Back to the berries and this beautiful Rowan Bush looks very pretty and as the cold weather arrives the little birds will have plenty to eat, I'll stick to sausages.
Thanks for all your comments and FAV's, best viewed with the dark surround.
Lovely colors! Well captured fav for me! And should the prediction of a hard winter come true, no need to share it with TN. You can keep it all to yourself.
