Having all that hair cut off yesterday, I'm a bit like Samson and Delilah, much weaker and sleepier. Actually that's not true, I stayed up late watching the results of the EU Referendum on the TV and only crept under the duvet at 1.30 am when I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer.
So it's a picture I took the other day whilst out in the countryside. Many homes are built on the hillside slopes around my home and I sometimes wonder how they stay there and don't slip down to the valleys. The views must be fantastic but the gardens are also on the slopes and must be really difficult and hard work to maintain, a lawn and a mountain goat would do.
So I'm actually disappointed that the UK has decided to leave the European Union and I just hope that the consequences aren't to server. I know one thing for sure it won't change how mad Lady Magpie will be and how I hope I can still make people smile all over the world as well as Europe.
Thank you for all your comments, Mel my hairdresser was pleased I used the back of her head rather than the front.
PS: Is 365project broken, I'm not getting any notification of comments, I can't share my pictures from here. My Top rated photograph never changes anymore even if a picture has better results.
Yesterday someone had 4 views with 2 FAV's and it appear on the PP page, how's that??
I beat you Heather I lasted until 5.15 am! It was so excited but I seem to be the odd one out on 365 in that I was delighted with the result. Here in the north west I knew no one who wanted to stay within the EU. I have faith. Beautiful view will comfort you & no one can take that away!
Beautiful picture Heather. Sad day for your country.

Just watching the news here and one reporter made the comment about "our divorce from the UK" with it's decision - we'll wait and see what effect it has around the world! Beautiful green countryside :)
Heather, I'm totally with you on the UK decision which is having far reaching negative reactions. I truly pray it works out for all. That being said, all we can do is wait and see but I'm afraid there will be some very difficult times ahead for many of us.
I have my fingers crossed that all will work out for the UK. You see, I have my eye on the town in this photo. A little cottage in the hills is all I ask for. Lovely shot, as always.
