A Hoot of a Gatepost

I was out geocaching and came to an SSSI site in the countryside (Site of Special Scientific Interest). Mostly a special paddock with flowers and wildlife.

The gate posts at the entrance had these carved owls and grasshoppers on the top and I thought you would like to see them.
