If there is one place I love to walk is along the towpath of the old canal. Not only is it a beautiful area and lots of wildlife but of course there are no hills, well they don't rise up much.
I long for the days when it is restored and in full use, but I'm afraid it will be after I've gone. It's no good I will just have to return as the local happy ghost and walk the paths again.

The canal is very green and at first I thought it was a path like @happypat did. But then it is so flat and smooth, has to be water. A very pretty picture!
I can imagine Lady Magpie walking here regularly, with her camera held tightly in both hands, as she smiles and snaps away at all the lovely critters, flowers and logs scattered around. It must be a photographic haven here
