I've got a New Pet

I thought it about time I got myself a pet, not a dog or a cat but a Budgerigar. Now I know that pets can be expensive to keep, what with food, toys, bedding and of course the dread vat fees.

For this reason I've taken the easy method of combining my love of pets with my hobby of collecting silver spoons. I found this one made for the Budgerigar Society in 1937 and decided to add to my collection, not quite a menagerie.

Now don't worry that this silver spoon was very expensive, in fact I found it going cheep, in fact cheep, cheep. Also instead of me feeding my budgie, it can feed me instead.
