The Sky at Night

I knew it was going to be hot today after seeing the sky at 9.00 pm last night. As the saying goes. "Red sky at night sailors delight, red sky in the morning sailors warning",

I have problems with the heat and England is due a heatwave for the next couple of weeks, as I'm a COOK by name I tend to COOK by nature. I'm looking for one of my southern hemisphere friends to get a bed ready for me - but no snakes nearby please.
