You must look after your tits, well that's what I have always been told by local Ornithologists. Saying that I have been surprised to have heard that by medical doctors as well.
These are little Blue Tits, not Great Tits or Coal Tits, but all of them never seem to stand around for long, but bounce up and down in movement. I know I have a couple of Tits that come and visit my feeders regularly and always give me a smile.
