It's called the 'Figuier de Barbare', the Barbary fig, here. There are lots of them down by the river where I walk my dog, coming into flower now, in various shades of yellow, orange and red. They are an alien species, originating from Mexico, and are invasive here. They don't particularly damage the environment, but I don't like the way they take over areas and I would be happy to see them gone. Nice flowers though!
