That pretty much summarizes the Pyrenees-Orientales, though I suppose you could add beaches and vineyards. The orchards are for cherries, almonds, peaches, plums, nectarines and apricots mostly. No idea what this one is, but the colors were spectacular in the winter sun, such that I was motivated to leave the highway to find a good viewpoint for this shot.
