On my walk most of the tulips are just about spent. Tomorrow morning when I volunteer at the botanical garden, we will be pulling out the tulips (last fall we planted 50 thousand tulip bulbs) and getting ready to plant the annuals.
It’s always sad to see them go, but they’ll be back. I can’t even imagine how you do this with 50K bulbs. Do you have to remove the bulbs and care for them somewhere or do you leave them in the ground?
